SATURDAY: 9:30AM
SUNDAY: 9AM

CrossFit is a high-intensity fitness training program that combines elements from various exercise disciplines, including weightlifting, gymnastics, and cardiovascular training.

Each 60-minute Workout Of the Day (WOD) is led by our certified CrossFit trainers and consists of a warmup, a progressive strength component, and followed by a metabolic conditioning workout. We use a mixture of equipment and modalities in each session, with variation in length and intensity to help you achieve and surpass your fitness goals.

CrossFit is designed for universal scalability, meaning whether you’re new to fitness or a seasoned athlete, our workouts are scalable to each person’s experience and varying level of fitness.
